Nice comfy establishment. Good choice of seating areas, nice courtyard backing onto river. Good restaurant. Drinks pricey and service sometimes slow if busy.
The Sunday carvery was very disappointing. Beef very tough, the roast gammon was better. As my friends & I go somewhere different every Sunday, we now know where to get the best Sunday dinner.Didn't like that children were running around Where most of us were eating!Well that's my moan over, will let you be the judge if you visit.
Always a good atmosphere. Food of a good standard. Prefer to eat in the lounge rather than the dining area as the latter can become quite noisy.
