Outstanding food, great service, lovely warm atmosphere. Specials are, well, special lol. Westons family reserve still cider on draught is a highlight
Great pub good. Voice of drinks and good food
Only been in a few times the last occasion was for a funeral. Can't complain about anything from that occasion. My previous visit however was the summer before and my beer wasn't up to scratch but I didn't complain I just left it and went to different pub. That's why I have gone middle ground on my rating. I will go again in the new year and see how it is. Still a good choice to go for if your in town.
We had a Christmas Lunch with our "Walking for Health group, the quality and quantity of the food provided was very good. Service was excellent highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent, large portions of food. Mains all less than 10. Great service and great beer!
