Great curries and bread
Been to this place for years. Slowly gone down hill until found worms in the food. Avoid until it is sorted out
Had a couple of bad meals a few months ago, But I've tried them again recently and the food was back to the good standard they were at a year ago
I have been a customer of this takeaway for over 10 years and I have never had such a terrible experience with them before. Considering the money I have spent in this establishment I am disgusted at their customer service. Our order turned up slightly late which is not a big deal, its a Friday night. However when it turned up the food was not even hot. My Curry and rice was in the same dish with the curry on top of the rice, this lead to the rice absorbing all the moisture from the curry and leaving a stodgy mess on top of the rice. There was also hardly half a portion of curry in the rice and curry dish, for 6 I would have expected more than 20 pence or rice which if you work it out cost me 3. A great idea would be to separate the rice and curry into their own smaller containers so they remain fresh until the customer can decide how they want to mix it. When I called to discuss the issue, I let them know I have been a customer for many years I was presented with an apology. Which was a good start, and then a offer of 10% off my next order. I can not believe the lack of care The Curry Hut has for their long term customers. We are the ones who order regularly and help keep your business afloat. 10% off an order. So what your saying is my inconvenience is worth only 1.60 to you and that to be honest you couldn't give a damn. What I expect is a sincere apology and the whole meal replacing, even throw in a bottle of coke to maintain our relationship and keep me coming back from more. I will be ordering elsewhere from here on in.
We ordered a lot of food for 4 people and all the chips and Kebab meat had clearly been reheated from the previous day (double cooked) which was horrific. They were disgusting and went straight into the bin. What a disappointment and waste of money. We will not be ordering from Curry Hut again.
