Decided to try something different so went for a quarter pounder and 2 piece chicken dinner. The burger was ok and the chicken delicious
Linfords restaurant are superb. Good service and delicious food. The lunchtime special is so yummy. Tea is very good quality. Very quaint room with just the right amount of seating.

If you're looking for some good fish and chips Linfords is definitely worth a visit.Nice helpful staff if you're eating in or taking away. Yes Linfords as a restaurant to with plenty of seating and a full menu from traditional fish and chips to kids meals or fried chicken and much more and it all tastes great.And don't forget a drink .Eat in or takeaway the choice is yours. Hungry for a bit more. One of the main reason for a visit to Linfords is the chips actually taste of something and so does the batter on the fish.Chips are gold to golden brown crisp on the outside and fluffy white in the middle. Fish light moist nearly steamed sealed in a crisp golden light batter with a great taste of a traditional fish and chip shop they really do know how to fry . Linfords on a good day is probably one of the best fish and chip shops in the country. I say that because .In my opinion Frying fish and chips is almost a art form which takes skilled well trained chefs to do it right.so on most days Linfords is as good as you'll probably find around but more often than not they're up there with the best .I haven't been there on a bad day and that's the truth and that's why I go. "Can you tell I like fish and chips maybe it's because mum and dad used to own a chippy years ago Anyway on with the post.Outside there's plenty of car parking in market deeping but you might have to wait for a space. I recommend not being in a rush taking your time enjoying your food and maybe having a look at market deeping . I think on certain days / times they do gluten free batter but I haven't tried it so I can't comment. So if you haven't been to Linfords give it a try you'll be surprised by what's on the menu and how good it is. Who knows I'll probably see you there. I tried to go at least once a month I would go more but I live over 20 miles away . Believe me it's worth the trip .
ALWAYS RUN OUT OF SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN! ANYTIME WE GO. IT'S FRUSTRATING. They do have good chips. Always take out as no space in restaurant. The restaurant is also double the price, for the same food as ordering to takeaway.
